Conference facilities can be rented out to companies and private individuals. Whether for conferences, employee trainings, or product presentations, the quiet and tasteful board room has a flexible partition that seats anywhere from 4 to 200. By request, white board, overhead projector, microphones, posters, flipchart, audio visual equipments are provided without extra charge.

Meal reservation is offered. Delegates who reserve Western-Style food or Chinese-style banquet can have special discount for boardroom rental.
